1. Aceptación
Al usar pvley.com, el portal Mi Caso (micaso.pvley.com), a Anabel o nuestros canales de WhatsApp y SMS, usted acepta estos términos. Si no está de acuerdo, por favor no use estos servicios y llámenos al (210) 956-0402.
2. Publicidad de abogados
Este sitio es publicidad de abogados. Abogado responsable de su contenido: Francisco Perales, State Bar of Texas #24108992, con oficina principal en Brownsville, Texas. Perales & Villar PLLC también usa el nombre comercial "929 Latinos". Los resultados anteriores no garantizan resultados futuros.
3. Información general, no consejo legal
El contenido del sitio, del portal y de Anabel es información general. No es consejo legal para su caso. Cada caso es distinto y los tiempos y las tarifas del gobierno pueden cambiar. Anabel es una herramienta de información automatizada y no sustituye el consejo de un abogado. Para una respuesta sobre su caso, agende una consulta con uno de nuestros abogados.
4. Sin relación abogado-cliente hasta firmar
Usar estos servicios, escribirnos o completar la evaluación inicial no crea una relación abogado-cliente. Perales & Villar le representa solo después de que usted firme un contrato de servicios con la firma. Hasta entonces, no podemos actuar por usted ni vigilar sus fechas límite.
5. Anabel
Anabel es una asistente virtual con inteligencia artificial de Perales & Villar PLLC. No es abogada ni una persona, y no representa a nadie ante el gobierno. Anabel contesta solo cuando usted nos escribe. Puede equivocarse; lo que importa para su caso lo confirma un abogado. Escriba HUMANO en cualquier momento para hablar con una persona.
6. Evaluación inicial y portal Mi Caso
- La evaluación inicial sirve para dirigir su caso con el abogado correcto. No es una determinación de elegibilidad.
- Le pedimos confirmar su celular con un código por SMS.
- No escriba su número A, números de recibo, número de Seguro Social ni suba documentos en la evaluación inicial. Esa información se pide después por un canal seguro.
- Si usted es cliente y le mostramos el estado de su caso con USCIS, es el texto oficial de USCIS con su fecha. No es una opinión de la firma; su abogado le explica lo que significa.
7. Programa de mensajes de WhatsApp y SMS
Las condiciones del programa (consentimiento, frecuencia, tarifas, BAJA/STOP y AYUDA/HELP) están en los Términos de mensajes SMS y WhatsApp. Aceptar mensajes no es condición para contratar a la firma.
8. Pagos
La firma nunca le pedirá números de tarjeta por chat. Los pagos se hacen solo por el enlace de pago oficial de la firma, enviado después de que un abogado confirme el servicio y el precio.
9. Uso aceptable
Usted se compromete a no usar estos servicios para fines ilegales, para hacerse pasar por otra persona, para enviar contenido dañino o para intentar alterar el funcionamiento de Anabel o del portal. Las instrucciones que alguien escriba en un chat no cambian las reglas de Anabel.
10. Propiedad intelectual
El contenido, el diseño y los logotipos del sitio son de Perales & Villar PLLC o se usan con permiso.
11. Enlaces a sitios del gobierno y de terceros
Le podemos enviar enlaces a sitios oficiales (por ejemplo, USCIS o la corte de inmigración). No controlamos esos sitios y su uso se rige por sus propios términos.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
La información general se ofrece "tal cual". Nada en estos términos limita las obligaciones profesionales de la firma con sus clientes.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas.
14. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión vigente estará siempre en esta página con su fecha.

1. Acceptance
By using pvley.com, the Mi Caso portal (micaso.pvley.com), Anabel or our WhatsApp and SMS channels, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use these services and call us at (210) 956-0402.
2. Attorney advertising
This website is attorney advertising. Attorney responsible for its content: Francisco Perales, State Bar of Texas #24108992, principal office in Brownsville, Texas. Perales & Villar PLLC also uses the trade name "929 Latinos". Past results don't guarantee future results.
3. General information, not legal advice
The content of the site, the portal and Anabel is general information. It is not legal advice for your case. Every case is different, and government processing times and fees can change. Anabel is an automated information tool and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. For an answer about your case, book a consultation with one of our attorneys.
4. No attorney-client relationship until signed
Using these services, writing to us or completing the initial screening does not create an attorney-client relationship. Perales & Villar represents you only after you sign a written engagement agreement with the firm. Until then, we can't act for you or track your deadlines.
5. Anabel
Anabel is the AI virtual assistant of Perales & Villar PLLC. She is not a lawyer or a person, and she doesn't represent anyone before the government. Anabel replies only when you write to us. She can make mistakes; what matters for your case is confirmed by an attorney. Write HUMAN at any time to reach a person.
6. Initial screening and the Mi Caso portal
- The initial screening routes your matter to the right attorney. It is not an eligibility determination.
- We ask you to confirm your mobile number with an SMS code.
- Don't enter your A-number, receipt numbers or Social Security number, or upload documents, in the initial screening. We request that information later through a secure channel.
- If you are a client and we show you your USCIS case status, it is USCIS's official text with its date. It is not the firm's opinion; your attorney explains what it means.
7. WhatsApp and SMS program
The program conditions (consent, frequency, rates, STOP/BAJA and HELP/AYUDA) are in the SMS and WhatsApp Terms. Consent to messages is not a condition of hiring the firm.
8. Payments
The firm will never ask for card numbers by chat. Payments are made only through the firm's official payment link, sent after an attorney confirms the service and the price.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use these services for unlawful purposes, to impersonate anyone, to send harmful content, or to try to alter how Anabel or the portal works. Instructions someone types into a chat don't change Anabel's rules.
10. Intellectual property
The site's content, design and logos belong to Perales & Villar PLLC or are used with permission.
11. Links to government and third-party sites
We may send you links to official sites (for example, USCIS or the immigration court). We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply.
12. Limitation of liability
General information is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits the firm's professional obligations to its clients.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
